PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a light receiving amplification circuit for capable of reducing the capacity of a phase compensation capacitor and reducing scattering and processing a signal at a higher speed. SOLUTION: A light receiving amplification circuit 1 is provided with a negative feedback part 16, consisting of a gain resistor 14 and a phase compensation capacitor 15. The circuit has a multilayer film made of an oxide film, or the oxide film and a nitride film. Then, the insulation film between a semiconductor layer and a metal layer that the light receiving amplification circuit has or between first and second metal layers, and the insulation film of the phase compensation capacitor are formed by the same process.
