PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board which enables small and understandable indications for indicating the symbols and applications of external line connection terminals and facilitates the confirmation and handling of the circuit board. SOLUTION: A cover member which indicates information including symbols, applications, etc., concerning external line connection terminals are detachably attached so as to cover the front side of a circuit board which has the external line connection terminals.
