PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent the increase of continuity resistance values for conductive members of a cord switch by greatly reducing the amount of migrating components to migrate to a cord switch side, including plasticizer, lubricant and antioxidant incorporated in a rubber admixture for a rubber cover. SOLUTION: A rubber cover in a cylindrical form has a preset length enough to include a cord switch comprising a preset-length hollow insulator and a plurality of conductive members fixed to the inner periphery of the hollow insulator. The inner periphery of the rubber cover is provided with a plurality of protrusions spaced from one another along the circumference thereof for partly supporting the cord switch at its outer periphery.
