SOLUTION: The center of a servo writer hub is shifted by a specified distance from the rotational center of a servo writer spindle motor. A data storage disk is attached to a spindle hub, and servo writing is performed in a track by a disk surface. The track is shifted from the center of the servo writer hub, and the 1F deflection of 1F peak amplitude and the 2F deflection of 2F peak amplitude are formed. The 1F peak amplitude is set nearly equal to a specified distance, and the ratio of the 1f peak amplitude to the 2F peak amplitude is set equal to at least about 4.
