PURPOSE: A flood preventive opening for a building of a flooded area is provided to prevent the damage of flood due to a weather disaster or human injury and the physical damage of the building of a frequently flooded area by adding a waterproof function to the function like entrance and exit, lighting and the ventilation of the opening. CONSTITUTION: A main frame like a shutter box, a shutter, a shutter groove, a window and a window frame maintains rigidity. And the main frame is made of stainless steel for preventing rust and an elastic rubber packing on the side facing each other. In the window frame and the shutter groove, a screw fastening device is installed to compress the main frame, and an opening for injecting waterproof materials is installed between the rubber packings. A flood prevention shutter improves flood-proof efficiency by lifting the shutter up and is installed with a crime prevention shutter and a fire prevention shutter.
