PURPOSE: A joint purchase system is provided to enable a user to reserve dates for a purchase of commodities, a web server to classify the reserved commodities by a commodity code system and to assemble a joint purchaser on a corresponding date, and to perform a bidding for selecting a commodity seller. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a web server(3), a database server(4), a deposit management system(17), a commodity management system(10), a commodity reservation database(11), a bidder management system(7), an electronic catalogue system(15), a purchase order system(12), a bidding system(14), and a delivery system(9). The database server(4) stores information on members, sellers, commodities, accounting or a commodity classification system. The deposit management system(17), connected to a bank system, manages the deposit specification on each member. The commodity management system(10) manages the commodities, coded by a coding system, on each reserved date.
