PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily operate various processing or works by easily dealing with data by using a directory tree structure for storing data elements for inter-data element relating processing. SOLUTION: A directory structure based on a definition file DF is prepared by using a file system FS in the storage region of a hard disk driver HDD. A file having specific designation such as 'MEISAI.MEI' is prepared as a management information file KF in each prepared directory. Thus, the prepared directory structure is used in a program so that it is possible to operate information processing for registering a work operated in each working process in a process management system, or for collecting or working data by using the process management system, and that it is possible to operate necessary slip outputs or prepared data verification or the like.
