PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily check the expression of a patient from an outside even though the patient wears a face mounting type video display device (FMD) and does not take off the FMD. SOLUTION: CCD cameras 7(8) are disposed above right and left inside liquid crystal monitors 3(4) provided on an FMD main body part 2a, and an eye whose picture is picked-up by the cameras 7(8) is displayed on outside liquid crystal monitors 9(10) provided outside the part 2a. An operator performs inspection and operation while checking the expression of the eye displayed on the monitors 9(10).
