ENZYMATIC APPLYING METHOD FOR ENERGY-SAVING OF PAPER MAKING PROCESS

PURPOSE: Provided is an enzymatic applying method for energy-saving of a paper making process which has an effect on; using a little quantity of the enzymatic by selective action of the enzyme; and promoting solid-dissolution and saving solid-dissolution energy by promoting dissociation action and relaxation action. CONSTITUTION: The enzymatic applying method is characterized by: breaking partly β-1,4-glucosidic linkage, leading hydration of fiber and promoting solid-dissolution to save the solid-dissolution energy by adding cellulase; and removing small fibril and particle of fiber surface to improve dewatering property by aggregating or hydrolyzing fine powder and small fiber, so saving energy of the paper making process by increasing speed.
