PURPOSE: A food waste treatment equipment is provided, which collects food waste without any bags and selects foreign material such as metal by manual works. The process is operated automatically through the whole process of crushing, de-watering, fermenting and drying and bagging. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a hopper(1) for feeding food waste; (ii) a selection device for selecting foreign material that is harmful to livestock; (iii) a crusher; (iv) a de-watering device; (v) a fermenting and drying tank(35) for fermenting and drying the food waste at optimum temperature and humidity; (vi) a screen(38) for screening by particle size using vibration; and (vii) a bagging machine(40). |
