发明名称 FINE PARTICLE SEPARATION METHOD AND EQUIPMENT USING ELECTROSTATIC SEPARATION IN THE FORM OF AIR COLLISION AND TRIBOELECTRIFICATION
摘要 PURPOSE: A fine particle separation method using electrostatic separation is provided, which efficiently charges particles by three steps without any driver for charging, simplifies the equipment by introducing a fine particle mixer using air of low pressure of 1000-5000mmAQ, can expand the capacity by a charged particle diffusion part, and can control the yield by moving an yield control plate to the left or right by 2.5cm. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) a fine particle mixer(2) in the form of an ejector, in which fine particles fed through a fine particle feed inlet(3) are mixed with low pressure air of 1000-5000mmAq fed through an air inlet(1), triboelectrified by collisions between fine particles and between fine particles and walls of the fine particle mixer(2), and again triboelectrified by collision with walls of a transfer duct(5) of charged particles; (ii) an expansion part(10) of charged particles which distributes the particle stream evenly to the electrostatic separator; (iii) an electrostatic separator that has two vertical electrode plates(16A,16B) set parallel for attracting adversely charged particles and a central partition plate(14) for separating and settling down the particles to the bottom, wherein a rapping hammer(19) and a rapping plate(18) for removing dust attached to the electrode plates(16A,16B) are above the electrode plates(16A,16B); and (iv) two cyclones(22A,22B) for collecting dust from the electrostatic separator.
