PURPOSE: A repeater using solar cells is provided to accumulate the solar cells for applying photoelectric conversions to different band wavelengths only, every layer. Therefore, photoelectric conversions are performed for spectrum bands such as infrared rays and ultraviolet rays and energy using efficiency is increased. CONSTITUTION: Solar cells(100) perform photoelectric conversions for lights only having regular wavelengths. A DC voltage automatic controller(112) inputs output voltages of the solar cells(100) and controls the voltages to be constantly outputted. If the output voltages are below a preset voltage, the DC voltage automatic controller(112) lifts the output voltages over regular voltages, and outputs the lifted voltages. An auxiliary power(114) inputs the output voltages of the DC voltage automatic controller(112), and charges the output voltages. A DC constant-voltage controller(116) inputs the charging voltages of the auxiliary power(114) to supply the charging voltages to a repeater(120). If the supplied voltages are below the preset voltage, the DC constant-voltage controller(116) supplies a preliminary power. A solar tracking device(130) inputs the voltages from the solar cells(100), and outputs a signal for controlling directions of the solar cells(100) to a direction, to which the output voltages of the solar cells(100) become maximum. A driver(140) supplies a driving power to the solar cells(100), according to the signal.
