PURPOSE: A cold air discharging device provides a pleasant environment to standing passengers and elevates the air-conditioning efficiency of indoors. CONSTITUTION: A cold air discharging device comprises a piston(22), a cylinder(20), a spring(34) and a cold air inflow pipe(36). The piston(22) mounted on a ring connecting member(44) for connecting the hand rail(46) of the passage side and the ring(42) of a bus has a blocking slot(28) along an inner wall circumferential surface. The cylinder(20) has an upper blocking jaw(24) and a lower blocking jaw(24) formed therein for restraining the vertical displacement of the piston(22). The spring(34) elastically biases the piston(22). The cold air inflow pipe(36) connected through an air-conditioner duct provides a cold air into the cylinder(20).
