PURPOSE: The method of a one-to-one broadcast in a temporary switching system is provided to reduce a noise in an office and prevent other private line subscribers from being interrupted when the switch to a public line is reported to one private line subscriber, by informing a corresponding subscriber of the switch thereto via the one-to-one broadcast. CONSTITUTION: A private line subscriber inputs a one-to-one broadcast code if the subscriber wants to make a broadcast to a certain subscriber(S50). The private line telephone number of the target subscriber is dialed(S60). A communication path is formed, and the private line subscriber speaks broadcast contents to the target subscriber. Thus, the speaker of the target subscriber broadcasts the contents(S70).
