PURPOSE: A brake disk turning apparatus and an adaptor are provided to establish a turning apparatus body in an erected state on right or left wheel of a vehicle without considering position of a disk brake, and to improve reliability on maintenance by precisely turning the disk. CONSTITUTION: A brake disk turning device and an adaptor comprise a base plate(101) having a guide unit; a slide plate(102) engaged to linearly move into the guide unit; a pair of support shafts(103) fixed on both sides of middle portion of the slide plate; a tool holder(110) fixing a tool(111) on a tip; an assembly plate(104) slantly engaged with the tool holder; an assembly control unit(120) opening a rear end portion of the assembly plate; a front portion opening unit; and a slide driving unit(140) to linearly move the slide plate; and an adaptor(200) of sides erect-engaging type. The front portion opening unit opens the both assembly plates and divides the tool from a surface of the disk by opening a tip of the both sides of the assembly plate. The adaptor establishes the turning device body on a disk brake of left or right wheel of a vehicle.
