PURPOSE: A whitening composition containing plant extract is provided, which decreases pigmentary deposits of human safely, and shows synergic effect when mixed with other common whitening materials. CONSTITUTION: A process for the preparation of each plant extract is comprised of: chopping each plant(Commiphora myrrha Engler, Psoraleae Semen, Evodiae Fructus, Meliae Fructus, seed of Leonuri Herba, seed of Angelica acutiloba), and adding 95% hydrated alcohol to each plant eatrct; boiling at 5 0-100deg.C for 10 hours by operating cooling condenser(to prevent evaporation of effective ingredients) to extract active ingredients; filtering each extract, concentrating under decompression, drying to get each plant extract. A nutritional cosmetic water containing plant extract is comprised of bees wax, polysorbate 60, sorbitansesquiolate, liquid paraffin, squalene, more than one of plant extract, glycerin, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, carboxyvinyl polymer, triethanolamine, preservatives, perfume and distilled water.
