PURPOSE: A method for compensating a partial disposition of an optical recording/replaying device is provided to consider gains and phase delays of actuators, and to generate a feedforward control inputting, so as to perform a detailed partial disposition compensation. CONSTITUTION: A switch(808) is open when a partial disposition compensation value is calculated. A controller(804) controls a rotating of a spindle motor. If the controller(804) sets up a constant disk rotating frequency, a feedforward control input circuit(802) counts track error zero-cross signals to measure partial disposition amounts. The feedforward control input circuit(802) applies the first compensation value to an actuator(806), and measures the first relative partial disposition amount. The feedforward control input circuit(802) applies the second compensation value to another actuator, and measures the second relative partial disposition amount. The feedforward control input circuit(802) calculates gains and phase delays of the actuators, by using the first and the second relative partial disposition amount. The feedforward control input circuit(802) generates compensation values for considering the gains and the phase delays. The switch(808) is connected and a track lead-in is performed.
