PURPOSE: An incinerator using soil is provided to reduce air pollution by a dual incineration procedure using an underground path made of soil, thereby processing a lot of wastes at a low cost while reducing the air pollution. CONSTITUTION: An incinerator is a steel structure and utilizes soil for constructing outer walls and paths, wherein a chimney is constructed by using steel structures, an intermediate air pollution path(10) is made of soil about 80%, and all exits except an incineration furnace are made of soil for reducing air explosion or danger.
