PURPOSE: A differential valve is provided to automatically control a main stream of fluid by pressure balance of a pressure chamber and a fluid shutoff unit with forming the pressure chamber and the fluid shutoff unit around a diaphragm to expand and contract in a valve body. CONSTITUTION: An automatically controlled differential valve is composed of a valve body(50) having a curved convex unit(55) for guiding the main stream of fluid and divided into an inflow port(53) and an outflow port(54); a valve cover(57) opposite to the curved convex unit in the valve body; a diaphragm(30) made of material to expand and contract between the curved convex unit, forming a pressure chamber(100) with closing the valve cover, and having a fluid shutoff unit opening and shutting off the curved convex unit; a fluid conduit(80) guiding flow by connecting the pressure chamber and the inflow part; and a control unit regulating the pressure of the pressure chamber in the valve cover. The fluid shutoff unit is opened or closed with the diaphragm expanded and contracted by generating flow through the fluid conduit in changing the pressure of the pressure chamber by the control unit.
