CERAMIC BOARD

摘要

PURPOSE: A ceramic board is provided to effectively test a semiconductor memory device by using a jumping cable for connecting the ceramic board with a socket board. CONSTITUTION: The board includes a signal line and a socket PCB(Printed Circuit Board). One end of the signal line consists of a socket type to be connected with a predetermined pin of the socket PCB and the other end of the signal line is soldered with a test system. A jumping cable having a socket type in the both ends connects socket pins of the socket PCB related to the supply voltage and ground voltage with the planes of the supply voltage and the ground voltage. When a jumping cable connects a ground voltage with a socket pin in the socket PCB, the socket pin regard as a ground. Thus, the supply voltage and the ground voltage are selectively and conveniently connected with socket pins of the socket PCB by using the jumping cable.
