PURPOSE: An empty and loaded car conversion preventive valve is provided to secure the safe traveling of a train by preventing a sudden braking. CONSTITUTION: An intake port(6) and a discharge port(7) are formed by passing through both sides and a center portion of a balance piston(4) moved right and left by the operation of a load sensing valve in a valve body(2). intake ports(6a) are punched on both circumferences of the piston for being connected to the intake port(6). Plural packings(8) are attached to the circumferential side of the piston for blocking the air discharged from the intake ports(6)(6a) and the discharge port(7). Air units are combined with the both ends of the balance piston by supporting a balance spring(10). As the same pressure is supplied to a piston chamber(30) by the operation of two load sensing valves, the balance piston is in a balanced position by the balance spring and air pressure. Thus, the air supplied to the piston chamber is delivered to an air chamber through the intake ports and the discharge port. Therefore, an empty car is changed to a loaded car.
