PURPOSE: Provided is a method for preparing a carbonated drink where a lemon extract and lemon granules(puree) are mixed together. CONSTITUTION: The drink comprises 1-3% of undiluted solution of lemon extract(more than brix65), 0.01-0.15% of lemon fragrance, 1-6% of white sugar, 8-20% of liquid fructose, 0.2-0.8% of Glycine, 1.5-3.5% of citric acid, 0.01-0.% of malic acid, 0.1-0.8% of vitamin C, 0.01-0.08% of Sodium Citrate and 2-12% of lemon granules(puree). The carbonated drink is prepared by the following steps: (i) homogenizing the composition in a tank and high temperature sterilizing the composition at 94deg.C for 10-20min; (ii) mixing carbon dioxide with the prepared composition and adjusting the capacity of the carbon dioxide to 0.5-3.5% in a balance tank; (iii) putting a fixed amount of lemon granules(puree) in a can and injecting the prepared composition into the can; and then (iv) sealing up, sterilizing at 60-80deg.C for 10-20min and cooling the resulting canned drink before packing,
