PURPOSE: Provided is a dental implant that includes an incline abutment plate of which grade of tongue side is higher than that of lip side or a screw part of dental root with a hemispheric end part. The dental implant can match the inclination structure of the abutment plate with gingiva well and maintain the osseointegration for a long time. CONSTITUTION: The dental implant comprises a dental root(3) planted in an alveolous(9) of a defected teeth part, an abutment(5) composed of an abutment plate(51) fastened to a flange of the dental root by a screw and a conic support(55) projected at the plate to be inclined at a fixed degree, and an artificial tooth(7) molded on the outer circumference of a gold cylinder(21) fastened by a gold screw(29) connected to the conic support. The abutment plate includes the tongue side of which inclination degree is higher than of the lip side and the lower part of the gold cylinder is formed to be corresponded to the inclination degree of the abutment plate. The outer circumference of the dental implant also can include a screw part of which top face of the thread is formed perpendicular to a direction of the major axis and bottom face is formed to be downward incline to the top face and end edge part is hemispheric shaped.
