PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically reduce the maximum value of the supplied electric power of a commercial power source with less electric power stored in an electric power feeding system and an electricity storing system. SOLUTION: An electric-power-feeding and electricity-storing system is provided with an electricity storing device 67 that receives and stores electric power fed from a commercial power source 5 and feeds the stored electric power to a load. It comprises a changeover switching device 8 that changes a plurality of specified loads 2-4 to either side of an electricity storing power cable 10 or a commercial power cable 9b, and a controlling device 11 that selects a given load to feed electric power stored in the electricity storing device 67 to the load.
