PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table with image-forming device built-in table, whose weight can be reduced and whose space is saved. SOLUTION: This table Ta with image-forming device built-in is provided with a table body 40 and an image display panel 42, that is an image forming device assembled to a ceiling plate 41 of the table main body 40. The image display panel 42 is an FED provided with a face plate 30 made of glass, a rear plate 20 placed opposite to the face plate 30, and a field emission type electron source 10 placed to the rear plate 20 at its opposed face to the face plate 30. A spacer 140 for support purpose that is formed as a frame is placed between both the plates 30 and 20. The image display panel 42 is built in the ceiling plate 41, so that the face plate 30 is placed at an upper face of the ceiling plate 41 and the rear plate 20 is placed to the lower face of the ceiling plate 41 respectively.
