摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time series data recorder reading out the stored time series data from the halfway inter-coding data, and reading out the read out coding data as the inter-coding data of a nearly uniform data amount. SOLUTION: A key data generation part 2 decoding the coding data generated by a coding part 1 and generating the key data is provided, and a data storage part 3 stores the key data and the coding data with a storage 5, and a data read-out part 4 reads out the key data and the coding data stored in the storage 5.
