PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible wiring board, an electrooptic device, a manufacturing method thereof, and electronic equipment, by which connection can be precisely made with connected elements. SOLUTION: A flexible wiring board 23 has a circuit board body 234 and a branch wiring 235, which branches from the circuit board body 234. The flexible wiring board 23 further includes a first output-side terminal region 235A provided on the circuit board body 234, a second output-side terminal region 235A provided on the branch wiring 35, and an input-side terminal region 236A. The branch wiring 235 has a part which is more resistant to distortion than the circuit board body 234. An electrooptic device includes the flexible wiring board 23. Electronic equipment includes the electrooptic device.
