PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a processing time and to attach prescribed information while suppressing deterioration in image quality by attaching the prescribed information to image information by using a method in response to, e.g. a kid of an object. SOLUTION: An entry means that enters image information consisting of a plurality of objects and a crimination means that discriminates a kind of a plurality of the objects and a method in response to a kind of the discriminated objects are used to attach prescribed information to image information.
