PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a gimbal hanging means while preventing the reduction of an actuator driving power by increasing the pulse width of the output wave form to a driving circuit, even in the case the power voltage of the driving circuit drops when the device is in use in an image stabilizer for driving the actuator for rotating the gimbal hanging means with a PWM control through the driving circuit. SOLUTION: When the power voltage Vp of the motor driving circuit drops, the pulse width of the wave form outputted from a CPU to the motor driving circuit is corrected so as to be increased. That is, the power voltage Vp is read by the CPU, and the pulse width of the output wave form is corrected so as to be increased from W1 to W2 in accordance with the drop of the power supply voltage Vp from a rated voltage V1 to a voltage V2. In this case, by setting the increase correction factor (W2/W1) to be the inverse (V1/V2) of the drop factor of the power voltage Vp, the actuator driving power just enough to cope with the drop of the power voltage Vp is obtained. |
