PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem in which a radio information processing terminal must examine and set a dial-up access point by itself in the case of a work in its destination of movement, because of its being mobile and can use a dial-up access point of a position which is not most suitable in the case that it does not know the most suitable dial-up access point in its destination of movement. SOLUTION: When the start of an electronic mail application or an internet browser application is requested, a GPS unit 5 automatically receives a signal from a GPS satellite to generates the coordinate data of the present position of the terminal through calculation. A stored data control means 17 compares this position coordinate date with position divisions of a dial number database in an internal storage part 8 to detect the most suitable dial-up access point. A radio model part control means 7 uses the most suitable dial-up access point to perform dial-up access by a radio modem part 6.
