PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic constituent member of multilayere. structure working as the diaphragm of a loudspeaker on the surface as a whole. SOLUTION: This member has an acoustic foam core, consisting of PUR-hard foam, e.g. and a core layer where the foam core is reinforced by a fiber plate in a sandwich constitutional form is formed. Thus, a constitutional member, where the acoustically advantageous characteristic of the PUR-hard foam and the high mechanical strength of the sandwich structure of the fiber plate are integrated in a form like this, is attained.
