WASTE WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT USING IMMERSED SEPARATION MEMBRANE WITH MEMBRANE PROTECTIVE FUNCTION AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A waste water treatment equipment using an immersed separation membrane with membrane protective function is provided, which can prevent rapid rising of suction pressure at the state of decreased efficiency of a separate membrane with the surface contaminated, by controlling the suction pressure of a suction pump by receiving detected signals for operation state of a blower, air feed amount of an aeration tank and water level of an aeration tank, thereby preventing any fatal damages of a separation membrane module and extending the life of an infiltrated membrane. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the followings: (i) an aeration tank (4) for receiving waste water and treating it by aerobic condition; (ii) a separation membrane module (7) immersed in the aeration tank (4); (iii) an air diffusing pipe (6) installed beneath the separation membrane module (7) for supplying air to the separation membrane module (7); (iv) a blower (5) for supplying air to the air diffusing pipe (6); (v) a suction pump (9) for discharging treated water; (vi) a water level gauge (13) for detecting water level in the aeration tank (4); and (vii) a suction pump controller (11) that receives the signal from the water level gauge (13) and the operating condition of the blower (5) and controls operation of the suction pump (9).
