PURPOSE: An apparatus capable of a horizontal reciprocating arc exercise is provided to ensure the sufficient exercise and the safety of a person by preventing unstable exercise such as pitching or rolling. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus capable of a horizontal reciprocating arc exercise consists of a riding part(100), a support device, a first connection pin(126), a second connection pin(230), a bottom plate(400), a front bracket(310), a rear bracket(320), and an elastic device. The support device is comprised of a front support shaft(210), and a rear support shaft(220). The front support shaft and the rear support shaft are rotatively mounted on the front side and the rear side of the riding part respectively. The first connection pin rotatively connects the upper end of the support device to the riding part. The lower end of the support device is rotatively connected to the bottom plate. The front bracket and the rear bracket are rotatively mounted on the lower end of the support device. The second connection pin connects the lower end of the support device to the brackets. The elastic device mounted between the lower end of the support device and the bottom plate provides restoring force to the support device when the support device leaves an original position thereof. The elastic device is a torsion coil spring(510,520).
