PURPOSE: A scale remover of a pipe is provided to conveniently remove the scale of the pipe and to avoid an accident by preventing a flexible wire from being exposed to the outside upon performing a scale removing work. CONSTITUTION: A scale removing device of a pipe is comprised of a lower frame made up of a lower horizontal support(10) supported on the ground and a lower vertical support(11) fixed on both sides of the horizontal support; an upper frame made up of an upper horizontal support(12) and an upper vertical support(13) installed on the lower vertical support in a state that the height is adjustable up and down; a mobile member(23) moving horizontally to the right and to the left by receiving moving force; a scale remover(100) capable of rotating a flexible wire; and a pipe(30) for protecting the flexible wire while supporting the wire in a parallel state. The height of the scale removing device is appropriately regulated as needed. Further, the flexible wire is freely let in or let out of the pipe within a range of specific length even in a process of being rotated. Thereby, the scale of the pipe is conveniently removed.
