PURPOSE: A thermal transfer paper for a label is provided, which can express a colorful sense of color by a decoration layer composed of grains that cures and fixes on the surface of a thermosetting material layer and can keep the original form by preventing any deformation of a label by flexible buffing of the shrinkage or stretch of the material of the label. CONSTITUTION: The label comprises the followings: (i) a thermo adhesive layer(11) coated on an exfoliation paper(10) in a special form, which is made of a thermoplastic resin; (ii) a thermosetting material layer(12) that is coated on the thermo adhesive layer(11) corresponding to the adhesive layer(11) and cures; (iii) a decoration layer(13) that is coated on the thermosetting layer(12) and is made of grains; (iv) a cover layer(14) coated for covering the decoration layer(13) and thermosetting layer(12); and (v) an exfoliation paper(10a) attached to the surface of the cover layer(14).
