PURPOSE: A vehicle cooling/heating system is provided to simplify the vehicle structure and improve heating/cooling effectiveness by allowing a single system to be commonly used for cooling or heating operation. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioner including a condenser for radiating heat to the outside, an evaporator for supplying low temperature heat through a duct installed within a vehicle, and a compressor for compressing the refrigerant, is mounted onto a vehicle roof. The condenser fan operates so as to radiate the condensed heat, and the refrigerant passed through an expansion valve absorbs the heat introduced into the evaporator unit so as to lower the temperature of the air to be supplied into the indoor area through a blower. An open/shut-off opening is formed at a passage formed between the condenser and the evaporator, and connection passages connected to the duct are formed at the condenser and the evaporator, respectively. The connection passage has an open/shut-off dampers which are actuated by actuators(8,9). Actuators are connected to an air conditioner switch(12) and a heating switch(13), respectively, and actuate dampers in accordance with the operation of switches so as to supply heat from the condenser and the cooling air from the evaporator to the indoor area.
