PURPOSE: An oil temperature control method is provided to exactly control valves in a hydraulic pipe by driving a heater or a cooler as an oil temperature is over or under a proper temperature. CONSTITUTION: As a normal drive mode is established, a car is moved to a selected floor by driving a hydraulic motor according to an operation command. An oil heater in an oil tank is driven as the oil temperature in the oil tank is under a predetermined temperature while driving an oil cooler as the oil temperature is over the temperature. The oil in the oil tank is forcedly circulated by a circulation motor while cooling the oil with a fan motor and a radiator.
