PURPOSE: A telephone system with a remote controller is provided to reduce the size of the system, by installing the base body of a printed circuit board(PCB) that has a compact structure, and enabling a dialing operation to be performed via the remote controller. CONSTITUTION: A dialing remote controller(10) includes a keypad(11) provided with various keys, and a key transmission part(12) for outputting a key code signal in response to the selected one of the keys. A PCB base body(20) includes a key reception part(21) for receiving the key code signal output from the part(12), and a microcomputer(22) generates a dialing pulse in response to the key code signal, and creates a ring signal via a speaker when a dialing signal is inputted from a telephone office. The PCB base body(20) further includes an earphone/microphone terminal(23) for input and outputting a voice signal, and power supply means(24). An earphone/microphone(30), connected to the earphone/microphone terminal(23), has the functions of a transmitter and a receiver.
