FLUX CHARGING WIRE FOR ARC WELDING

PURPOSE: A flux charging wire is provided to improve a delivery property and an electric conducting property by applying a specific amount of zinc power to the outer surface of the flux charging wire. CONSTITUTION: In a flux charging wire for arc welding, copper plate and oxidation heat treatment are not processed on the surface of the wire. A lubricant containing zinc power is coated on the surface of the wire. Herein, the amount of the zinc power is 0.001 to 0.05g/m2. In addition, a lubricant for a wire welding work containing molybdenum disulphide or tungsten disulphide is mixed up with the zinc powder. The mixture is coated on the outer surface of the flux charging wire to which copper plate and oxidation heat treatment are not processed. Thus, arc safety and an anticorrosive property are promoted.
