PURPOSE: An apparatus for drawing wheels of a suitcase is provided to enable everybody to conveniently use the bag by varying the drawing degree of a handle of the bag. CONSTITUTION: A suitcase including a handle(40) and a wheel(64) comprises a guide rail(18) vertically attached in a case(12). A moving frame(30) is slidable installed along the guide rail. The wheel is mounted in a groove formed on the lower part of the case. A rotating member(60) connected to the case about a hinge shaft rotates the wheel toward both sides of the case. A connecting bar(62) is slidable installed along a guide groove(20) transversely formed on the lower part of the case. The tip end of the connecting bar is connected to the tip end of the rotating member. An actuating bar(50) is installed to across the guide rail by using a hinge shaft(52) in the middle position between the guide rails, and is connected to the moving frame and the connecting bar via a long hole(34) formed on the tip end thereof. If the moving frame is pulled toward the upper part of the case, the actuating bar pulls the connecting bar, so that the rotating member installed on the connecting bar is rotated to extract the wheel.
