摘要 PURPOSE: Structure of a motor shaft is provided to isolate electromagnetic waves, to be easily processed and to lengthen the life span by forming a gear of synthetic resin and integrally forming a ceramic shaft with a metallic press unit. CONSTITUTION: A motor shaft(10) is composed of: a shaft unit(20) made of ceramic and having a recessed groove(21) at the lower end and recessed grooves(22) in the outer circumference; a gear unit(30) made of synthetic resin for high processability and light weight; and a press unit(40) made of metal for excellent mechanical property and having a rotating sill(41) and recessed grooves(42,42'). Due to the ceramic shaft unit, electromagnetic waves are not induced to a synchronous motor and into a weight sensor. As the press unit is made of metal, life span is lengthened while breakage is avoided despite frequent friction with a leaf spring. The gear unit is molded by extruding synthetic resin after arranging the shaft unit and the press unit to face each other. When molding the gear unit, synthetic resin flows into the recessed grooves of the shaft unit and the press unit. While the gear unit is dried, a motor shaft formed by integrated shaft unit, gear unit and press unit is obtained.
