PURPOSE: The system for unifying the logistics is provided to specialize the logistics, reduce expenses for the logistics, and standardize the logistics by combining several professional logistics companies under one holding company. CONSTITUTION: A client connects to a server of an off line shop and asks or orders goods. The off line shop supplies a list of goods and takes an order. The off line shop sends information on ordered goods to a holding company through a computer network. The holding company picks up a supplier or a manufacturer and receives goods directly. The holding company commands a transportation company to deliver goods. The transportation company reports arriving or sending goods to the holding company and the holding company sends information on a stocking goods, chasing goods and finishing a delivery to the off line shop. The off line shop supplies various information to a client through a server.
