PURPOSE: The image process apparatus is provided to prevent distortion of a color image signal due to external environment such as noise, etc, by multiplexing a voltage signal from an optical converting device. CONSTITUTION: An image process apparatus includes an image sensor(210) for transforming an image original signal into an electrical voltage signal Vout and for outputting a reference voltage Vref having a given amount. A multiplexing control signal generator(220) generates a multiplexing control signal the high period and the low period of which crosses depending on a predetermined time cycle. A multiplexer(230) multiplexes the voltage signal Vout and the reference voltage Vref from the image sensor(210) so that they can be synchronized to the multiplexing control signal from the multiplexing control signal generator(220). A condenser(240) removes noise from the voltage signal from the multiplexer(230). An image processor(250) discriminates the voltage signal from the condenser(240) as a black image signal or a white image signal.
