PURPOSE: A plate-shaped helical antenna is provided to obtain a helical antenna which can be used as a radio communication terminal antenna of a single band or a multi-band by embodying the helical antenna in a planar shape. CONSTITUTION: The plate-shaped helical antenna comprises a substrate(301), an upper antenna wire(302), and a lower antenna wire(303). The substrate(301) comprises a hole(304) for connecting the upper antenna wire(302) to the lower antenna wire(303). The hole(304) is formed by penetrating the upper surface and the lower surface of the substrate(301). The upper and lower antenna wires(302,303) are alternately formed on the upper surface and the lower surface. The upper and lower antenna wires(302,303) are alternately connected to act as an antenna.
