PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a mechanism that can prevent air bubbles from being mixed in liquid as a material for forming a PDP when applying such liquid, to propose another mechanism that can prevent foreign matter such as dust from being mixed in liquid as the material for forming the PDP when applying such liquid, and to propose still another mechanism that can prevent occurrence of aggregate of the material from being generated in liquid as the material for forming the PDP when applying such liquid. SOLUTION: An equipment to apply a material for forming a plasma display panel comprises, a mixing part in which at least low melting point glass paste as a material for forming the plasma display panel is mixed with low viscosity liquid such as dilution solvent, a filtering part which removes dust and condensed matters from the material for forming the plasma display panel, an air bubble removing part which removes air bubbles in the material for forming the plasma display panel, and a liquid transfer part which at least transfers liquid as the material for forming the plasma display panel.
