PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kiln for multistage ceramic industry to simultaneously perform glost firing and biscuit firing. SOLUTION: The outer wall of a kiln for a multistage ceramic industry according to this invention comprises a first layer 39 where fire-bricks 13 are stacked; a second layer 41 of high temperature fire resisting fibers 15 to surround the periphery of the first layer 39; and a third layer 43 formed of a decorative outer wall material 17 to improve appearance. The inner chamber of the kiln for multistage ceramic industry is divided into four chambers consisting of a first combustion chamber 57, a second combustion chamber 59, a glost firing chamber 67, and a biscuit firing chamber 89. Besides, hot air of the glost firing chamber 67 is guided in the biscuit firing chamber 89 as it flows around an uptake 109 consisting of a partition plate 91 erected on the side of the glost firing chamber 67.
