PURPOSE: The electronic commerce techniques based on time value and system for operating thereof is provided to redistribute effectively with respect to surplus property possessed by an enterprise or a person by adjusting the price in real time and paying the price according to a purchasing price by registration commodities according to the passage of time. CONSTITUTION: A member registers that the price of "A" commodity is being reduced from the reference(start) price fifty thousand won to the lowest price twenty thousand won during 10 days. Then, the price is reduced per three thousand at the stated time day by day. If a user orders for purchasing when the price is thirty eight won, the paying is performed at current time. In addition, if a user inputs a predetermined condition, the price may be reduced many times.
