PURPOSE: Provided is a transferring device of a sewed material on a sewing machine which can transfer the sewed material on normal and reverse direction by normal and reverse motion of a transferring saw blade. CONSTITUTION: The sewing machine is comprised of the transferring saw blade, the transferring device, a driving axis and a power unit system. The transferring device is comprised of: the first cam which is connected to the middle of the driving axis transferring the transferring saw blade on front-to-back according to rotation of the driving axis; the second cam which is connected to the end of the driving axis transferring the transferring saw blade on up-and-down according to rotation of the driving axis; the first link part having a main hinge axis which is shaken according to rotation of the first and the second cams; a sliding member sliding to change end height of the first link part and having a long hole; a guiding part guiding the sliding member; and a controlling device controlling height of the sliding member.
