PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile equipment that can surely inform a transmission source about a re-transmission destination in the case of requesting re- transmission. SOLUTION: The facsimile terminal is provided with a re-transmission original storage section (15) that stores re-transmission original data to request re-transmission of deleted image data, a re-transmission facsimile number storage section (14) that stores a re-transmission facsimile number used in the case of re-transmission for information to a transmission source, and a re- transmission request means (steps 114, 115, 116, 117) that transmits the re- transmission original data stored in the re-transmission original storage section (15) and the transmission facsimile number stored in the re-transmission facsimile number storage section (14) to the transmission source in the case of requesting the re-transmission of the deleted image data. The facsimile equipment surely informs the transmission source about the re-transmission destination by transmitting the re-transmission facsimile number to the transmission source together with the re-transmission original data.
