摘要 PURPOSE: A control system of a coil loading position is provided to prevent the bad quality of coil product and the disconnection of coil hoops by eliminating collision damage between products or between products and trolleys and to lengthen the life of equipment by inhibiting accidents due to abrasion and damage. CONSTITUTION: A coil loading controller of an unloader is comprised of: a sensor unit including plural sensors(26-29), photo sensors(30,31) and limit switches(24,25); a trolley position controller(32) an operating coil winding length, a trolly moving distance and a current trolley position, controlling the exact position of trolleys, and continuing or stopping a position control on the basis of the coil wound length; a motor control unit(33) controlling motors; and a host computer(34) providing hook number data to the trolley position controller and performing data communication with the trolley position controller. The coil loading controller measures the winding length of coils from a trolley stop position of the coil unloader. The coil loading controller controls the trolley position exactly on the basis of the measured value.
